Where Legacy Meets Airway Science

Miller MyoMov was built on two foundations: family and optimizing health.

The name Miller honors my father, Terry Miller, whose strength, integrity, and love for family shaped my life. The Flying M was his registered horse brand, representing identity, stewardship, legacy, and generational pride.

The three "M's" in Miller MyoMov also hold deep personal meaning, representing the love I have for my three daughters and the belief that each generation can benefit from healthier breathing, stronger foundations, and better function.

Today, those same values remain at the heart of Miller MyoMov and reflect my belief that healthier breathing, stronger foundations, and better function can be passed on from one generation to the next.

Meet Teri Francois

This work is about changing the trajectory for the next generation. When one woman regulates her nervous system, when one child develops a healthy airway, when one athlete learns to breathe efficiently, the ripple extends far beyond the individual.

In my practice, I do not rush or chase symptoms. I assess breathing patterns, oral rest posture, tongue positioning, airway development, nervous system tone, and functional alignment. From there, we build progressively and safely through airway-centered myofunctional therapy and nervous-system aware integration. Sustainable change happens when the body feels safe enough to reorganize.

I work with Gen X women, families, and athletes who are ready to understand their bodies rather than override them. You're not broken. Your body is adapting. With the right support, it can adapt in a healthier direction.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support healthier breathing, improved oral function, and whole-body wellness through personalized, airway-centered care. Grounded in family, legacy, and a commitment to lasting health, we believe meaningful change begins with listening, awareness, and understanding the patterns behind dysfunction, so children, adults, families, and athletes can build stronger foundations for function, balance, and lifelong well-being.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a future where healthier breathing, balanced oral function, and whole-body wellness are more deeply understood, more widely supported, and more accessible for individuals, families, and future generations.
